bdbet Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

bdbet ("Platform", "we", "us") provides online betting and casino services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions apply to the platform's website, mobile application, and all related services. By accessing the site or registering an account, you agree to fully comply with these terms.

1.2 Definitions

• "User" means any person registered on bdbet.
• "Account" means each individual account registered on the platform.
• "Balance" means real money held in a user's account.
• "Bonus Balance" means funds received from promotional bonuses that cannot be withdrawn before specific conditions are met.
• "Wagering" means the total amount of bets required to become eligible to withdraw a bonus.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These terms have been prepared in Bengali. If clarification is needed, the bdbet support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, bdbet's decision shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on bdbet and use any betting or casino service, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false age during registration will result in immediate account closure and all balances in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, address, mobile number, and other information provided when opening an account must be accurate and up to date. If any documents are requested during the verification process, they must be submitted within the specified time. Providing false information may result in account closure.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

You must keep your account username and password completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If your login details are compromised, change your password immediately and notify the support team. bdbet will not be responsible for any loss caused by a third party using your account.

3.2 Right to Suspend an Account

If there is suspicion of a terms violation, evidence of fraud is found, or an investigation is required, bdbet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account at any time. In such cases, the user will be notified by email.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction activity for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. bdbet reserves the right to take necessary action regarding the balance of an inactive account after giving advance notice.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bdbet is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks in Bangladesh). Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — deposits must be made from the user's own payment account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal processing generally takes 5 to 30 minutes. You should attempt to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be restricted.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bdbet is actively committed to preventing money laundering. Additional verification may be requested for suspicious transactions or frequent changes between multiple payment methods. Accounts will be investigated if deposits and withdrawals are made without placing actual bets, or if bonuses are misused.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdbet offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning after placing ৳30,000 in bets on a ৳1,200 bonus, you may withdraw.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for placing bets on bdbet.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• bdbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus offers are non-transferable.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

bdbet's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides a cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week may receive up to ৳180 in cashback (৳20,000 × 0.9%). Cashback is automatically added to the account each week.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Odds displayed on bdbet may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. If a bet is confirmed at abnormal odds due to a technical error, bdbet reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Multi-Bets and Combination Bets

Multiple selections can be combined into a single multi-bet. However, if even one selection loses, the entire bet is void. Selections from the same event that are related to each other cannot be combined in a multi-bet.

6.3 Cricket Betting

Bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket matches. If a match is reduced in overs due to rain or any other reason, the outcome of bets will be determined according to bdbet's own rules.

6.4 Live Betting

During live betting on an ongoing match, odds change rapidly. bdbet reserves the right to decline live betting requests, particularly at moments when the course of the match is shifting.

7 Prohibited Activities

7.1 General Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdbet. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken if necessary:

• Using cheats, software bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements through collusive betting.
• Operating an account using a third party's funds.
• Attempting to deceive bdbet staff or systems.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

bdbet collects, stores, and uses users' personal information. Details on this are provided in our Privacy Policy. Personal information is not sold to any third party. However, certain information may be shared with trusted partners to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or process payments.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

bdbet makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, internet issues, or unexpected technical errors. bdbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from this.

9.2 Betting Losses

There is a risk of losing money in online betting and casino games. bdbet does not guarantee that a user will win or lose any bet. Betting is a form of entertainment — you should not invest money beyond your means.

9.3 Technical Errors

If odds or payments are displayed incorrectly due to a software or system error, bdbet reserves the right to correct the error and void the related bets.

10 Service Suspension and Termination

10.1 bdbet's Rights

bdbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive behaviour.
• A court order or legal obligation.
• Extended inactivity.

10.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your own account at any time through the support team. Any remaining valid balance will be returned before the account is closed, but the bonus balance will be cancelled.

11 Responsible Gaming

bdbet believes that betting and casino games are a form of controlled entertainment — not a way to earn money. We encourage users to play within their own means. If you notice a tendency to play excessively, you can set deposit limits, take a self-imposed break, or temporarily suspend your account.

12 Terms Changes

12.1 Right to Update
